To mention a few: We notice that if a trailer did come in with a lost hub cap, which meant it was running with no oil, no damage was noticed on any of the parts. Another thing that we had noticed was if a trailer came in with large amounts of water contamination in the hub and axle, again there was no damage to the axle or bearings. We have been using Thixo Grease as well and have noticed a very high reduction in the replacement of Slack Adjuster which is not just a saving on parts but also a saving on the labour cost involved to install the parts. With Hydra Maxx we now get 2400 hours plus. We also used to have to work at night because of hot hydraulics. Excessive temperatures caused steady O-ring failures in valve bank. Thanks to Hydra Maxx we now operate during the day and O-ring failure problem has been eliminated. Power Up Testimonial, T.W. Thixo Grease
Extreme temperature grease, handles 200,000 psi pressure, no oil separation. Wide operating range. Sticks better than any other grease. T.S., Farm Supply, S.R., 2012 Great stuff Wayne B., Roblin, 2009 Grain Dryers Before Thixo = bearings and bushings overheated and spun out Now – no failures and no more fly away grease. Very pleased. Ernie Bod, Kamsack, SK, 2009 Since using Thixo Grease in our combines, we’ve had no bearing failures. G. Brothers, Gilbert Plains, 2006 We use Thixo Grease because we can’t afford bearing failures and do not want to risk using cheaper grease especially if we get really busy and may forget to grease every day or may miss a hard to reach grease nipple. Murray G., Gdv., 2012 Hay Equipment No bearing failures like in past year. 2 years with no failures. Hock Farms, Dauphin, 2011 Extreme Long Life – Extreme Pressure Tolerance – Extreme Pressure Protection – Extreme Water and Corrosion Protection Letourneau L800 Loader Pins and bushings were wearing out prematurely due to binding and bolts shearing Changed to Thixo – noticed big improvement 67% reduction in grease consumed, $100,000 net savings Two year later – no down time at all due to previous problem And higher equipment availability Plus lower maintenance costs. Power Up Testimonial, 2008 Class 860 Self Propelled Forage Harvester Corn runs through corn processor rolls that operate at 4,000 rpm Thixo grease in central lube system Observations: bearings run noticeably cooler Bearings showing less wear Bearings getting longer life Thixo grease pumps easier. Power Up Testimonal, 2008 1998 Case 9380 4wd tractor and Reynolds 15 yard scraper Swivel hitch we load 15 yards in 3 seconds. Other greases just separate and push out because of extreme heat & pressure. Thixo grease stays, we can go up to 2 years on a hitch which is much better then other grease. We know we save. Power Up Testimonial, 2008 Bucket Pins. Had to grease daily or they would start to bind. Thixo can grease every third day. Now use ½ to 1/3 less grease Earl Boul, Construction Company, Lac Du Bonnet, 2010 Seed drills, Deep Tillers, etc. Reduced bearing failures from frequent to rarely. Example new 1996 Deep Tiller. As of 2005, no failure and we farm over 3500 acres. Big Farmers – Bey Bros, Rhien, SK, 2008 Before using Thixo Grease – 10 – 12 shots/universal joints = 3 tubes/unit After using Thixo Grease – 6 shots/joints – same unit Power Up Testimonial Rock Crusher – Crushes 220 tons of rock every hour spinning an impact shaft at 1690 mph. Premature bearing failure every 6 months. Total cost of repair = $26,000 not including two days of downtime. Repaired in 2007, used Thixo Grease. In 2009 checked and found no play in rotor and no adjustments needed. 1-1/2 years since last repair – crushed over 100,000 tons, no failures. Power Up Testimonial, 2009 Wet Plant Conveyors – losing a bearing per month. Cost to repair $1500 per hour. In June 2006 started using Thixo great – result no failures in 3 years. Power Up Testimonial, 2009 9650 JD Combines Normal to have to replace one or two chopper bearings each fall With Thixo grease – no chopper bearings need replacing No Downtime, no repairs H.C. Strathmore, AB, Power Up Testimonial Paving Plant – Peter Bros. Construction – Kelowna, BC Conveyor bearing close to burner runs at 300° F during operation Roller bearings under mix drum = very hot Before Thixo Grease, bearing life was 1 year of operation With Thixo Grease, bearing life is more than 3 years. Power Up Testimonial, Silo Unloader No one wants to climb up and grease it Typically greased once per year when it’s empty This really works there and everywhere on farm. Pulling Together, Power Up Testimonial, D8K Caterpillar Used to have to change bearings on #29 CCU scraper every summer Has not had to change bearings in 8 years Don B., construction, Power Up Testimonial, East Man Feeds Pellet mill with high steam temperature, high pressure, severe contamination Thixo Grease reduced bearing temperature by 19% and showed much less wear. Were able to double production but used only grease as in one mill. Power Up Testimonial, 1997 1999 Peterbuilt Suspension and u-joints greased regularly Has 600,000 km on odometer – still has all the original parts. railway contractors, Power Up Testimonial, 2003 Bushings, Pressure Points Really works well. Stays on longer than others. Milt P, Gdv., 2011 Gathering Wheels – Freed up seized wheel “Unbelievable” D.B. Construction, Meadow P., 2006 Combine – didn’t replace any bearings last fall; sure works. Used in seed drill, same results, no failures. M.G., Gilbert Plains, 2004 Wobble Box in Haybine – really quietened it down. I am telling my friends about Thixo Grease. Herb R., Fork River, 2004 Farm Equipment – awesome; really works; reduces down time. Use much less. Larry M., Bowsman, 2004 Street Sweepers – Magic Grease; thanks for showing us what high quality grease really does. The one we were using was almost useless. Lyle S., City of Dauphin Truckers – lasts 4-6 weeks on fifth wheel, whereas I had to re-grease every week. Dolly system works much quieter; use less grease on all applications. Don K., Winnipegosis Trucker – lasts 4-6 weeks on fifth wheel. Rick F. Dauphin Gravel/Construction – Really outperformed the semi-synthetic grease in heat tests; didn’t melt as soon or disintegrate; are using it in a crusher. B.C., Swan River, 2004 Ski-Lift – Grease works very well in cold weather and doesn’t drip when used in warm nice outfits of snow bunnies and friends. Assisipi Ski Area, Roblin/Russell Works better in our bearings, works faster and longer, much better than Q.S. grease. Bakery, Dauphin Potato Farmer – much fewer bearing failures. Publish Text ..Sanderson, 2004. P.U. Sure works better than our regular grease in the Sawmill. L.Penn, Pine River, 2005 1090 New Holland Swather – Used to have to wear ear protection and now much quieter. Front pins – nothing works like Thixo Grease. Larry G. P.U. Vol 5, #3 Haybine Wobblebox “great” stuff – now use much less grease. Now use only 1 pump instead of 3 of the other stuff. Jim B., Meadow Portage, MB, 2006 Bushings, Pressure Points – really works well, stays on longer than others. Mill P. Gdv,. 2011 Tree Shredder – definitely not as hot. Stan B, Dauphin, 2005 Thixo Grease is a little pricey but it works great. I use it in all the repairs I do for my customers – drives, pto’s u-joints. I don’t want my repairs to come back. Alvin H., Runnymede, SK, 2008 This is a lot cleaner and less messy than P. Grease. Doug L., Roblin, 2008
Engine Maxx even improves Synthetic Oils
Carry far greater load on bearing testing machine then with synthetic oil alone. 2001 Duramax Diesel Switched from regular oil and Engine Maxx to synthetic oil alone. Very soon noticed 50 fewer km on a tank of fuel. Soon called Ken and got more Power Up. Soon regained mileage. Change oil at 14,000 km – sample analysed came back very clean, few impurities, lots of wear left. Doug F., Stony Mountain, 2004 98 Ford 4x4 Triton V8 Treated everything with Power Up products eve the synthetic motor oil except Gas Maxx which was not available yet. Mark B., Dauphin, 2004 2004 Duramaz – Added NNL690 – Engine Maxsx to synthetic ol. Results noticeably quieter. Duane S., Dauphin, 2006 Note: Using regular oils and Power Up additive is far cheaper and has greater load carrying capacity equals less wear.
Chain Saws & Boat Motors
In oil and gas mix, 50 ml of 2 cycle oil is replaced with 50 ml of NNL690G in one litre of 2 stroke oil and then mixed with gas as recommended. NNL6920G has extremely lo9w ash and results in a much cleaner burn and less fouling of spark plugs. The result is less fuel consumption, less smoke, better trolling, better engine response, more power and better top end. Chain Saws I can’t believe how this sh..t works in chain saws, more power, higher rev’s when working. S.K., Dauphin I got more power and had to slow down the idle speed in my chain saw. Tim, Winnipeg More power and less smoke in my saw. T.K.M., Dauphin, Personal Testimonial Boat Motors Inboard, older model, much quieter. Tony K., Dauphin & Singush Lake, 2010 90 hp Evenrude – 50 to 1 mix plus NNL 690G, trolls much better, less smoke, higher top end. Sear – Terry D., Dauphin, 2005 Really noticed a difference with 9.9 Evenrude when we switched from my regular gas to gas with NNL 690G, ran much faster. Shawn W., Minnedosa 75 hp Evenrude – 50 to 1 mix plus NNL 690G, trolls better, doesn’t cut out or smoke as much. S.K., Dauphin, 2005 9.9 Evinrude – less smoke, better trolling, faster. TKM, Personal Testimonial, 2010 75 Yamaha – I mix 5% NNL690G in my injector oil with less smoke and better trolling. TKM, Personal Testimonial, 2011 Yamaha Boat Motor – Bottom End Forgot to refill with gear oil & 5% 690G, Used 3 times for several miles each trip. Should’ve seized up long before it made noise. Mechanic was very surprised it last so long. Personal Experience, TKM, 2010 . Older Inboard Motor Added NNL 690 which is recommended for older & high mileage motors because it is non- detergent at 5% rate. Definitely reduced engine noise. Tony K., Dauphin & Singush Lake, MB, 2009

For example, if you improve your fuel consumption from 9 km/l to 10 km/l you will save $55.50 this will more than pay for the price of one engine oil treatment with Engine Maxx which is approx. $13.00 based on 5 litres of oil to treat. Spending $20.95 for one application of Gas Maxx can have a very positive impact on your fuel savings. Benefits: Better starting, better idling, better engine response, more power, smoother shifting, cleaner exhaust, lower emissions, less need for expensive tune up, cleaner spark plugs, cleaner injectors, clean tail pipe, more spending money. Note: As the price of fuel increases, you will save much more after treating your engine and or vehicle with Power Up. Stan C., Dauphin, 2011 No more turbo charger failures on our log unloader which runs long hours keeping up with countless semi loads of logs. Larry M., Mtn. Side Unloading, Minitonas, 2011 12% Fuel Savings The Brooklyn VI is a 110 foot long party boat. Powered by three 1292 Detroit Diesels (each putting out 815 hp) Using NNL690 and Gen49D, I noticed a difference in both power and fuel economy. On my first trip after adding NNL690 & Gen49D, I had a 12% fuel savings which equaled 200 gallons of diesel and the engines ran smoother and did not seem to run as hot. I believe that this is because the entire system was better lubricated and the fuel system was cleaned out and it added cetane to the fuel. I now use all the Power Up products and I have saved tens of thousands of dollars in fuel, downtime and repairs. I installed 4 Kleenoil Bypass Filtration Systems on my party boat early last year. They work great, and I now run on clean oil all the time. One engine had a problem with a high sulfur content and ash buildup in the oil. Before installing the Kleenoil systems, the oil was ISP codes at 25/22. After running the system for 6 weeks, we retested the engine oil and it cane in at 16/13. The sulfur and ash readings were way down. I now go 5 times the normal length without changing my oil. Kleenoil is a product that has helped us save on our oil costs, the time it take to pump the oil and the cost of disposing the used oil. Sincerely, Rob Sapandra – Owner, Brooklyn VI

Engine Maxx & Gas Maxx
General Vehicle Use This combination is recommended. Even more highly recommended is the complete vehicle treatment for maximum benefits and fuel economy. The Hydra Maxx and Gear Maxx is added to the power steering, AT, diffs, transfer case once and need not be changed until recommended as per owners manual. The Engine Maxx is added every oil change. It may extend the life of your engine oil. (Oil analysis is recommended for extended oil use). Most engines are treated at 3% but for extreme use such as racing and hard use, the 5% treatment is recommended. 3% = 30 ml per litre; 5% = 50 ml per litre. For newer motors or motors requiring low ash oils, Engine Maxx L.A. is recommended. The Gas Maxx treatment is added once every 5000 km. Use the whole bottle in one treatment. Using Engine Maxx and regular oil together greatly improves the benefits and life of the regular oil. If you change oil at 5-7000 kms, using regular oil and Engine Maxx is often far cheaper than using synthetic engine oil. However, using Engine Maxx synthetic oil greatly improves the load carrying capacity of the synthetic oil. (This means reduced wear.) Using synthetic oil with Engine Maxx has been shown to improve fuel economy and reduce engine noise even more than using synthetic oils alone.
